issues mostly caused due to this. Many people try to quit smoking, but very few

Smoking contrary to common belief can never help you to
relax when faced with stress. You should spend some time with your loved ones
or do things you love doing which are some great ways to relax your mind and
body. You should also take appropriate rest everyday which will make your body
better equipped to handle stress and you don't use smoking as a way to beat
stress.
