Get Off Your Knees You're A Writer For God's Sake!

I'm supposed to be working on my duties to multiple online projects here but a fellow writer, Drew De Jesus has gotten me stirred up. I'm not sure what we will become here but it won't be a place where you see writers groveling at the feet of others. That should never happen. It's an abomination.

If I don't agree with your stance or I dislike your post and I'm compelled to do something about it, I would express my feelings in your comments knowing full well you are getting paid for my comment. LOL! I would not presume to ban-hammer any writer for expressing themselves or trying to earn through other sources other than my site. That is wrong. I can go for a walk, take a cold shower, brood over a shot glass of bourbon while thinking about your post. But I won't silence you. That is no one's right but your own.

Brand Spanking New. What Am I Buying Into?

Well now this is interesting.

Eden was kind enough to talk about this blog and then posted a link so I could be invited and accept the invitation. I didn't know it was Blogger, however. I have a blog here myself!

Writing and getting paid for it online seems to have really taken off in the last couple of years. Even a few months ago it was difficult to find a place where you could be paid for writing articles, and now there seems to be a whole plethora of them.

I think what we are seeing is another step forward in the internet world.

Originally the internet was never intended for the average guy. It was a means of making information available within the tech and science communities, but that didn't last long. Complaints began to arise about people who weren't using it in it's pure form, but were posting social items instead! It just grew from there.

Over the years internet use--and ways to use the internet--have grown exponentially, and their is really no end in sight. I doubt very much that people will grow bored with the internet any time soon, because the ways to use it are bound only by one's imagination and the ever-evolving tools with which to manage this computer-generated universe.

As social interaction and ways to make money on the internet increase, what will happen? Probably a continuation of what we see now, which is really just a repeat of enterprise in any new world--some will strike it rich, others will try their whole lives and only make a bit of money, and some will get cheated. Like the immigrants and settlers that gradually created each new land and nation, we have to be careful about who we put our trust in. "Caveat emptor" is a saying that has never gone out of style.

Let the buyer beware, indeed. That goes for, not just the money we pay out for goods and services on the internet, but the concepts and ideas we buy into as well.

Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself!

Solivagus has Entered the Building.

Don't be afraid, far worse things have happened.  But let it be known that my presence here shall be the penultimate of my artistic expression.  I read in the introduction post here that there is no restriction on what we may post about and I plan on taking full advantage of that fact!  Sometimes other sites can make me feel so stifled that it becomes a job in and of itself not to allow the pressure to feel like another job!  And I didn't become a work from home writer so that I could feel like I have a job!  No ma'am.

So!  Who am I?  My name is Drew De Jesus, I am a writer, actor, entertainer, dog lover, Aries, and I'm a hip old granny who can hip hop bebop and yo ho make a wicked cup of cocoa.  I have my own blog on blogger here that I just started, I won't promote it until there's content.  What I plan to provide there, and maybe even here, will be creative commons photographs that I'll take and that you'll be allowed to use on any post you'd like wherever.

I think providing free blogging content for creative individuals is a wonderful way to assist one another in socking it to the corporate hounds which sniff at our heels and try to make money off of us.  Uh uh, pay us.  That's how it works.

In any case, I'm 28 for now with a 29th birthday coming up in April, and I look forward to connecting with all of you.  Well, most of you.  Wink.

By the way, all my permalinks will be /solivagus#.html, where # represents the number post of that day.

For example, this post will be preferredwriters.blogspot.com/2014/02/solivagus1.html - this way it will be easy for people to sort through my posts in order.

Solivagus,
Drew De Jesus

An intense game

So today was just another regular day until a game that removed all the boring feeling in me. I knew a game of my favorite team will be playing a big batch against the number one ranker of the game. This is a game where anything can happen and the feeling that you feel is just out of the world. Now you might ask what this game that I am talking about is? Well this game is called Cricket; some of you might think its Football (not American). Football can be an intense game but if you watch Cricket you will get a different feeling that will make you fall in love with it.

So today Srilanka the No.1 ranker of this format of the game played with the 10th ranker which is Bangladesh. Bangladesh is considered a really weak team but if you watch this game you will think twice if they really are the 10th ranker or 2nd ranker. Srilanka won the match with 2 runs remaining which is a really small difference.

Some of you might like to watch this sport but trust me you will like it once you watch it and understand it. If you don’t understand what you watch, you will not get the fun by watching it. For example I do not like basketball because I do not know the rules and don’t really understand it, but if I knew the rules and understood the game I will surely like it.

If you are an American just for your information there is an American team playing this game although they are not yet a full member of the ICC. If you want to know more about it
Click Here and you will understand the game.

Roses Bloom in Winter

Roses Bloom in Winter
Extol matters of the heart as they are the fibers of our soul.
These enlightened strands fan out to heighten the rose's reds, the crystals' sparkle, the flame's flicker and gentle heat.

and then...

White connects to blue.
Blue embraces hardwood.
Shadow greets sunbeams.

The excelsior is friendship.
The divergent converge through the intelligence of their love, all kinds.
The emotion is not met with disdain, but uproarious celebration. Why?
Because the true measure, the uncomplicated accomplishment is unity.
Happy Valentines Day!

To Join! Send us a valid Gmail address to receive your invite.
Contact me at eve.orion@yahoo.com or
add me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/jaid.orion to get an invite!

Preferred Writers Group is a new Social Network Community much like Facebook, except you earn 100% of your generated revenue for valid page views on your every post/comment/share. Your post can be as short as 150 words, & you can post about anything you wish. A short paragraph is all that is needed for search engines to recognize your post & earn you organic traffic. This is the only reason we require the minimum 150 word count. In fact, this brief message is slightly longer than the minimum required post on PWG. You can also write detailed full length articles & earn from them as you would on your other revenue share sites such as Bubblews. What makes us different at PWG is that the admins are writers as well. To earn we must gain page views like everyone else. Your earnings are your own & shared with no one.

How to Earn Well Online: Tiered Revenue Networks

Keep in mind, that this article will violate rules on many other sites as it will reference other pay sites. So, consider this if you plan on re-posting this information on another site.
With that said, anyone is welcome to re-post this information as they wish. Enjoy!
Find a Good Archive Site
First, You will need a stable earning site. This doesn't have to be a high earner, but it should be one that you can safely archive your articles without fear of losing your account, being deleted or has very restrictive rules and guidelines.
If your articles are around 300-400 words, well written and original this should be acceptable for your archive site. All your articles will be published here first. My archive site of choice is FullofKnowledge.com because the staff are friendly, helpful and interactive.
The nice thing about Fullofknowledge, among many, is that earnings are stable. I reference the earnings here like interest building on savings. As you add more articles, your earnings begin to build over time without much maintenance. For this reason, Fullofknowledge is the foundation of my online content network.
Second Tier Networks
Second tier networks are those that you will republish your articles to for additional performance pay. Yahoo Contributor Network has an upfront-pay option and would be great for archives if they did not require you to wait 10 business days to review your article. After the 10 days your article may be denied, effectively wasting two weeks of your time for nothing. The upfront pay averages $3. It doesn't matter what Yahoo says on their site regarding upfront pay. It's $3 after 2 weeks of waiting after holding your article in limbo.
YCN is a 2nd tier network because of their performance pay which is a dismal $1.50 per 1000 views. You can republish an article on YCN for performance pay only and get your article reviewed in about seven days as long as you meet their somewhat lofty submission requirements.
It's fairly easy to get your article published at YCN for performance pay only. You can consider this a small boost to your Fullofknowledge monthly earnings. YCN pays to your PayPal account every month providing you have earned $3+ in performance pay.
There are other 2nd tier network options that I have found to be much too cumbersome in their interface, which requires massive self-promotion and garners very little earnings for the work you have to put in. YCN is the best choice as a 2nd tier network until something better comes along.
Third Tier Networks
These are often newer revenue sites that pop up and offer very high earnings. And some do earn very well for the writer. What makes these sites third tier networks are their performance record. There is some question of whether you will get paid or not - so keep this in mind. The third tier site I use is Bubblews.com.
Being fair, Bubblews has its issues paying writers. I have had a payment go missing as well as writers I know personally to be reputable who have had some payments lost there. it pays well when it does but it's not a reliable earner.
If your 3rd tier network pays you, it's wonderful. If they do not pay you, then you still have your 1st & 2nd tier earners building stable revenue.
Central Sites
A central site is a site where you can easily access the various parts of each network from one page. This can be any site you have admin privilege to access and has html coding ability. So, I created a page on my personal site to build easy to access links to reference, cite, source and submit my articles without having to hop around the Internet.
Your central site is where you oversee the overall performance of your articles. This is open to the user according to need. I have a button that displays my earnings across all my networks, my blogs, Adsense earnings, etc. Another area on this page has the buttons I need to research an article, find images, and submit.
Finally, I have an area on this page to share my published articles all at once across Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, Pinterest, and Tumbler. Which leads us into our last portion which is sharing.
Sharing on Social Media
First, you should share your article on a site that actively rewards you for social medial shares. Some networks do not recognize visits from social media sites or they get paid for them but do not pass those earnings on to you. Regardless, you will need to test your sites out to see if you are getting earnings for your social media shares.
Arguably, you could reserve your social media shares to your archive site to build up a solid and reliable readership base. That would perhaps be the wiser choice. I, typically, share links to my articles on my current highest performing site which is also a tier 3 earner. I get instant gratification and the most for my page views. Again, I probably should be sharing on my archive network but I'm still young and require my heart to be broken before I learn.
So this is my how-to guide to online content. I didn't write one of these until I actually began to earn well online as to not put out any irrelevant, useless and vague commentary. I earn a reliable $500 monthly from online content from my relatively new tier model system described above.
Those earnings promise to eventually rise and become more secure as my tier 1 and 2 networks build up a solid library of articles.

Introductions Are in Order...

One of my many character creations, "The Voo Doo Lady"
Hello everyone, and WELCOME TO PWG! I thought I'd give you guys the "skinny", since most of you probably do not know me. I hope you all choose to do the same, so I can get to know you, as well.

My name is Laurie Tysinger. I am an artist, craftsman, actor, costume designer and creator, writer, editor, musician, singer, songwriter, dancer, and mother of four beautiful and talented children, just to name a few things. My motto is "I create, therefore, I am". I work as a seasonal actor in a haunted house, where I design and create my own costumes, props, and characters. I also play bass and sing, and have done so in numerous unknown bands over the years.

Yes, I love to create things. I make paintings, leather masks, wood carvings, jewelry, dolls, costumes, hair pieces and dreads, steampunk and cybergoth stuff, sculptures, clothing, and much more. I like to "Frankenstitch" various pieces of clothing together to make them what I want them to be. I have also been known to do "Jean Splicing", since I can rarely find them long enough to fit properly, anyway.

I am a writer, editor, and administrator at Fullof Knowledge.com., ExpertsPages.com, and PostAnyArticle.com. You should check them out as well. I also write occasionally for Bubblews and Yahoo, as well as having two blogs here on Blogger. I am so glad to be here at PWG now as well. It has inspired me to write again...something I have not made time for in quite a while! I have also begun editing recently for a brilliant man who researches and writes about Tzolkin Cosmology. BUSY, BUSY, BUSY, but that is how I like it!

Enough about me, for now. I'd like to hear about my fellow writers here at PWG! Who are you all, and what do you like to do? What do you enjoy writing about? What have been your experiences on other sites, and in writing, or in your other fields of interest? Inquiring minds really do want to know!

A Personal Welcome to PWG

I realize the "How It Works" page is a bit formal and reads more like an sales pitch. But that is typical for what people in this niche would expect from an Online Content site. They want to know all the details. What I wanted to now is extend a personal welcome to each of you on this the end of our very first day as a social network community. I also wanted to clarify what we are and what we are not.

We are a community of writers of online content, and many of us already know each other from other sites. We also have more than our fair share in common with this often difficult effort. We write to make ends meet. We write because, for whatever reason, this is our only means of  interacting with other human beings. We write because we have to get things out that need to be said. And we write because we are called to do so.

Unfortunately, the business of our niche has not fared well for us writers. So this is where we address what we here at PWG are not. We are not a site which earns money from the work of writers. No one earns here without writing themselves. This is why page views for our own work is the only way to earn here. This is a universal rule here. I will only earn what I earn in page views for my own posts like everyone else here. Additional earnings generated will be rolled over to reduce the time it takes us to receive payment, and to ensure everyone receives their earnings.

I have been described as being the highest earning writer on other sites, but I am a novice among my peers. As I've seen some very talented and well-known writers join us, I feel certain I will not be the highest paid writer here. We have some very unique advantages here that no other site has.

(1) Our Ad Sponsor owns & hosts our site and we pay nothing for the space.
(2) We do not have a CEO or a President that we must pay tribute financially.
(3) Officially, we are a "blog" and not bound by typical "Online Content" restrictions. Our posts can earn revenue when we simply login to say Good Morning!
(4) Unofficially, we are the best online resource anywhere in the world for bringing massive traffic to needy sites. In this respect we are now a "Union of Online Writers" and a home for others like us.
(5) We only earn from our own content, so no one here is fearful of losing earning writers to competitive sites. We can network and actively link to our other pay sites here so that everyone knows where the best opportunities are.

What these very important points show us is that we have already shrugged off much of the financial liability typically associated with this niche which brings more funds back to us. We have great earning potential here. And the more their are of us, the more we all prosper.

I don't require a patent for this new "aggressive" platform. In fact, I would welcome any site employing our services to do this legitimately. They damn well should have been doing it all along in my opinion.

So there you have it. Welcome to PWG. Let's do this.

Lily Allen - You Go Baby!

zoviat says-
I am fed up with small minded people sharing their blatantly rude ideas of other people to unwilling listeners. Your racist, sexist, homophobic and harsh remarks about celebrities without really knowing them are most unwanted.

It seriously gets on my nerves when Katie Hopkins criticizes Lily Allen for putting on a little weight, but that is natural during a pregnancy, isn't it? But looking at her recent photographs, I felt the same.
Have a look at some interviews she’s done recently. If you can make it through that bloody accent to listen to the kaka she says, you deserve a medal mate. What happened to you Lily?

I always thought you were the breath of fresh air in the pop world! But, You should have stayed where you started in 2002. Anyhow, fat or thin, that is not the point of consideration here but, a horrible personality makes anyone horrible especially in show-business. And, you are only getting worse.
